Terms & Conditions for Peugeot Leasing
General Information
All vehicles are left hand drive and equipped with ABS brakes, airbags, antitheft, radio/CD player, central locking, electric windows and power steering. All wagon models have luggage covers. All diesel models are Turbo.
Important note: Please book well in advance.
Registration papers should be filled out and returned to Kemwel at 35 days prior to collection date of your vehicle. It may be possible to arrange a lease on short notice, please call us at 1300 885 272 for more information.
If you have already received a reference number you can confirm your lease with a major credit card.
To Qualify you must: - Reside outside of the European Union.
- Stay in the European Union for no more than 185 days in any consecutive 12 month period.
- Not carry out any paid activity during your stay (no working Visa’s allowed).
- Must be an Australian resident.
- Minimum age 18 years.
Students, teachers, trainees and missionaries can book a buy back for longer than 175 days. Please call us at 1300 885 272 for details.

Peugeot Amendment Policy
No charge, unless applied by Peugeot. If an amendment occurs, Kemwel reserves the right to re-price. All amendments must be made directly with Kemwel. No changes are permitted once vehicle is registered.

Peugeot Cancellation Policy
Fees are based upon where the vehicle is scheduled to be delivered and number of days prior to delivery.
- No charge if the cancellation is made outside 36 days.
- For cancellations within 35 days, Peugeot charges will apply up to €350. For further details, contact Kemwel.

Peugeot Early Return Policy
Partial refunds will only be considered for unused days of 7 days or more for contracts of 30 days or more. Peugeot cancellation fees may apply.
