Delivery and Return Instructions
Once you have arrived to the Toulouse Airport, contact BTV toll free at 0 800 881 831 from a public phone in the airport. Then proceed to Hall C of the Toulouse Blagnac airport and take the free "Airport" shuttle car park P5, this is where you will find the BTV reception center to pick up your vehicle. The shuttle bus does not stop at the BTV reception center, the drop off is located 50m further on. Luggage carts are available at the stop and the shuttle runs every 6 minutes from 4 a.m. until midnight. It is very important that you have your correct flight details so that the agent can meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, contact the Peugeot office at the numbers listed below.
To return your vehicle, please contact Peugeot Sodexa no less than 4 business days before your predetermined drop date to arrange a time. The free "Airport" shuttle will bring you back to the airport after returning your vehicle.
