Delivery and Return Instructions

If you are arriving into Paris Roissy CDG Airport by flight into Terminal 2 - Halls A, B, C, or D, you can use either the courtesy telephone located at the Peugeot Open Europe counter on the Boutiques level, or you can call toll free at 0800 800 775 from a public telephone located in the hall. After you have called, you will be taken by the TT CAR shuttle to pick up your vehicle. It is very important to have your correct flight details so that the agent can meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, contact the Peugeot office at the numbers listed below.

To return your vehicle, contact Peugeot Sodexa 4 business days prior to your predetermined drop date to arrange a time.

To drop your car off at Terminal 3, please go to the TT CAR TRANSIT car park at Terminal 3 opposite of the Departure Terminal. You can get to the Paris Roissy CDG airport by car from Paris by taking highway A 1.
